Brian Lucas is a Brisbane-based freelance performer and choreographer well known for his solo physical performance pieces. His national reputation is for producing provocative, powerful and intelligent works by seamlessly merging his considerable skills in theatre and dance. He has a particular interest in issues of gender and sexuality, and on the creation and exploration of images of masculine identity and maleness in performance.
